Rates: Matched to your experience – $60p/hr – $70p/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Choose appropriate rigging equipment based on weight and dimensions of components installed
• Establish rigging configurations in accordance with lift studies
• Align, level and secure steel members, pipe spools and mechanical equipment as required
• Utilise rigging lines, pulling gear to transport or provide support for heavy equipment
• Conduct inspections and tagging of rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Participate in general site maintenance activities, including cleaning work areas, organising tooling and ensuring a safe and tidy workplace
• Assisting with repairs, installations and maintenance tasks as directed by tradespeople or supervisors
• Demonstrate Leadership initiative as needed
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Verification of competency Advanced Rigging (VoC) valid within 2 years
• Valid Driver’s Licence – HR preferred
• HRWL – LF, WP, DG, RA Essential
• Working at Heights / Confined Space
• Construction White Card
• Ability to work effectively in any team
